Vision

SATMI, a school of Theology and Mission Institute, envisions its graduates as: Christ-centered missionaries engaged in the world to establish the Reign of God.

Mission

We, administrators, faculty, staff, and students of SATMI voluntarily commit to:

1. Implement a responsive program that develops students’ competence in the academic, pastoral, spiritual, and missional domains;
2. Provide quality integral transformative formation through contextual, dialogical, inter-disciplinary, synodal pedagogies;
3. Adhere to the principles of inclusion in our institutional processes, programs, and activities;
4. Generate and manage institutional resources for the sustainability of the operation; and
5. Provide employees with a supportive working environment, just compensation, and development of personal potential for growth as partners in the mission.
